Regulated Chemical Information UK legislation places strict controls on certain chemicals. Oxalic acid is classified as a regulated poison, which means it cannot be sold to the general public. It may only be supplied to businesses with a legitimate and identifiable need linked to their normal activities (such as beekeeping). Orders cannot be processed unless these terms are accepted.   Suspicious Transaction Reporting As a supplier of a regulated poison, we are required to assess orders for signs of potential misuse. • Submit a report to the Home Office within 24 hours of identifying the concern.
• Provide any customer information we hold that may assist in identifying the individual (e.g., name, contact details, delivery address, payment information).
