BUDGET S STEEL Heated Honey Tank ELECTRIC
- This is a piece of equipment used in the processing of honey, particularly in the early stages of processing.
- Its primary function is to heat honey to a specific temperature, which helps to make it more fluid and easier to work with.
- The tank is made of stainless steel and is equipped with an electric heater to heat the honey.
- The tank is also designed to be airtight to prevent contamination.
- To use the tank, the honey is poured into the tank and heated to a specific temperature, typically between 40-50°C (104-122°F).
- This temperature is sufficient to liquefy the honey and make it easier to work with.
- The honey can be kept at this temperature for an extended period of time, allowing for easy and efficient bottling.
- Once the honey has been heated, it can be transferred to other processing equipment, such as a settling tank or bottling tank. The honey can also be further filtered to remove any remaining impurities before being bottled for consumption.
- The honey heating tank is an important piece of equipment for commercial honey producers, as it allows for large quantities of honey to be heated quickly and efficiently.
- Once the honey has been heated, it can be dispensed into bottles for distribution.
- The tank is equipped with a valve at the bottom to allow for easy dispensing of the honey.
- The honey can be further filtered to remove any remaining impurities before bottling.
BUDGET SSTEEL Honey Ripener+Strainer 42KG OR 100KG
DIMENSIONS = 42KG Dia.37cm, Height 35cm  /  100KG Dia.37cm, Height 65cm
- THERE ARE 2 FILTERS WITH THESE TANKS, THEY ARE 20 AND 40 MICRONS.
- includes a double strainer to remove larger particles and impurities before the honey is poured into the tank. The strainer is made of stainless steel or nylon, that catches any debris that may have been missed during the earlier processing steps.
- The tank itself is made of stainless steel and is equipped with a valve at the bottom to allow the impurities to be drained out.
- The honey is poured through the strainer and into the tank, where it is left to settle for a period of time, typically 24-48 hours. During this time, the air bubbles and any fine particles will float to the top which can then be skimmed off leaving the clean honey beneath.
- Once the settling process is complete, the honey can be drained from the tank through a valve at the bottom of the tank.
- The honey settling tank with strainer is particularly useful for small-scale honey producers who want to ensure that their honey is as pure and high quality as possible. By incorporating a strainer into the process, larger particles can be removed before the honey enters the settling tank, resulting in a cleaner and clearer final product.
