Regulated Chemical Information
UK legislation places strict controls on certain chemicals. Oxalic acid is classified as a regulated poison, which means it cannot be sold to the general public.
It may only be supplied to businesses with a legitimate and identifiable need linked to their normal activities (such as beekeeping).
By completing checkout and agreeing to our terms and conditions, you confirm that you are purchasing oxalic acid on behalf of a business. We are legally required to refuse,and where necessary, report any order that appears unusual or gives rise to concern. Orders cannot be processed unless these terms are accepted.
Suspicious Transaction Reporting
As a supplier of a regulated poison, we are required to assess orders for signs of potential misuse. Where behaviour appears suspicious, we must:
- Submit a report to the Home Office within 24 hours of identifying the concern.
- Provide any customer information we hold that may assist in identifying the individual (e.g., name, contact details, delivery address, payment information).

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Subject to availability we will despatch your order as soon as possible after your order is accepted by us. Delivery will be made to one address as stated in your order. Deliveries are made Monday To Friday normally between 8am and 5.30pm. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

Once delivered the products ordered will become your property and your responsibility, except in relation to products that are damaged or faulty when delivered or incorrectly delivered. We cannot accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered. We accept no responsibility for damage in transit to any glass items.
