The Small Rotating Disc Type Filling Machine offers smart automation. With a touch screen display, operators can easily set parameters. This user-friendly design saves time and reduces mistakes during production.
In addition, this honey bottling machine uses infrared sensing technology. Bottles are automatically detected, and the turntable works with the filling system. This hands-free process reduces labour and increases efficiency.
Both the turntable speed and filling speed are adjustable. As a result, the machine adapts to different production needs, from small-scale bottling to larger batches.
With a minimum filling volume of 5g, it is ideal for sample jars, promotional packs, and specialty honey products.
The machine works with any standing container. Producers do not need multiple machines, which saves investment and provides flexibility for diverse markets.
The pump head includes a quick adapter. It can work with funnel or extraction methods, making the machine more versatile in different production settings.
Cleaning is fast and simple. The gear pump is equipped with hand-tightening bolts, allowing easy disassembly. This feature reduces downtime and ensures food safety.
Its rotating table has a 650mm diameter and a load capacity of 50kg. With adjustable speed from 0–3 r/min, it supports different bottle sizes and weights.
The pump delivers a flow rate of 10L/min and supports suction up to 1.5m. This ensures continuous and stable operation, even in long production runs.

Subject to availability we will despatch your order as soon as possible after your order is accepted by us. Delivery will be made to one address as stated in your order. Deliveries are made Monday To Friday normally between 8am and 5.30pm. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

We cannot accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered. We accept no responsibility for damage in transit to any glass items.

Digital Thermostatically Controlled Warming Cabinet
An accurate way of controlling the temperature of your honey when bringing it back to liquid for bottling, includes a temperature indicator strip which glows when the cabinet reaches the correct temperature.

Will hold 2 x 30lb buckets of honey, the heat is provided by 100 watt heating cable, there is a stainless expanded mesh grid (68cm long x 1.7cm high x 33.5cm wide) available which will hold jars of honey at an additional cost and an upgrade of 4 heavy duty lockable swivel castors.
Honey buckets are held by four wooden batons. We recommend not to heat your honey above 35-40C/95-104F as heating any higher your honey will start to deteriorate!.
