We only collect information about you when you place an order, this will be :-

Why we keep information we collect :
This information is necessary to process your order correctly and is not shared with any third party, except to make online payments during the checkout process or where we are required to do so as stated below .

How long we keep information we collect :
We are required under UK tax law to keep details of purchases for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.
We will not send you marketing media unless you agree to receive it, you can remove yourself from this mailing list at any time.
We may share your data with organisations such as : governmental bodies, regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts/tribunals and insurers only where we are required to do so, i.e.

You may place an order to purchase a product advertised on the website by following the onscreen prompts after clicking on the item of interest. You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the ‘SUBMIT’ button on the final checkout page. After submitting an order to us, you will be sent an order acknowledgement email with details of the products you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement only and not an acceptance of your order. All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. If your order includes products which are not available from stock, we will contact you by email or telephone. You will have the option to wait until the goods are available from stock or to cancel the order. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will take place once payment has been received.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in pounds (£) sterling and include VAT (where applicable). Prices may change at any time prior to, but not after, acceptance of your order. We cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full. Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards (We regret we are unable to accept American Express). By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order, you confirm that the card being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment then we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order. In the unlikely event that the price of an item has been incorrectly advertised on the website, we will contact you by telephone or email. If you are not happy to proceed with the order at the correct price, we will cancel the order. We are not obliged to supply products at the incorrect price.
Subject to availability we will despatch your order as soon as possible after your order is accepted by us. Delivery will be made to one address as stated in your order. Deliveries are made Monday Friday normally between 8am 5.30pm. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified. Maisemore Apiaries Ltd. shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract for delay in delivery or failure to make delivery of any goods due to circumstances beyond its control. Once delivered the products ordered will become your property and your responsibility, except in relation to products that are damaged or faulty when delivered or incorrectly delivered. We cannot accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered. We accept no responsibility for damage in transit to any glass items.

Jars, Bee Syrup, Bee Candy, Feedbee and Buckets of Honey are excluded from FREE delivery.
Please note - surcharges apply to deliveries in the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Isle of Mann, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland, the Channel Islands, & orders outside the UK - we will inform you of these when your order is submitted, cost is to be paid separately.
Whilst every effort is made to despatch all orders immediately, please allow 28 days for delivery.
Any claims whatsoever of any kind, including shortages, unsatisfactory quality etc, must be notified to our Sales Office within two days of receipt of goods. The Company warrants that where applicable the Goods are at the time of supply within usual tolerances as to quality and finish will replace or refund (at its option) the price of any Goods which do not comply with this warranty to the maximum of the price invoiced for the Goods. As the Company is generally unaware of the use to which its Goods will be put all conditions and warranties as to fitness for the purpose whether express or implied and whether arising by statute or common law are excluded.
Cancellations and Returns
You may cancel your order (or any part of it) at any point before products are delivered to you and up to 14 days afterwards. You may do so either by notifying us by email, fax or writing to us, giving your full name, address and order details, or by returning the product(s). You may not cancel your order if the product consists of perishable items such as feed, or if the product has been customised or made to your own specifications unless the products were faulty or damaged when delivered to you. Where you decide to cancel an order after it has been despatched, you will be under a duty to return them to us at your own risk and cost. All such goods should be returned within 14 days of your cancelling the order. Until such time as they are returned you must retain possession of the products and take reasonable care of them. You should return the products to us unused, as new (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine them), in saleable condition and with the original product packaging. Money will be refunded to the same account debited during purchase, excluding the original delivery cost.
These conditions apply to Gift Vouchers which have been purchased from bees-online.co.uk or from Maisemore Apiaries Ltd. Gift Vouchers have a claim code with a 10 digit combination of letters and numbers and can be redeemed at bees-online.co.uk or from Maisemore Apiaries Ltd. on any purchase made in GBP sterling. If the value of an order exceeds the value of the voucher the balance must be paid online by either credit/debit card, or in the case of personal visits to Maisemore Apiaries Ltd. by credit/debit card or cash. If the full amount of the voucher is not redeemed, the balance will be lost. It is only possible to redeem one Gift Voucher against an online order, it is not possible to combine the use of Gift Vouchers with other Promotional or Discount offers. Gift Vouchers expire one year from the date of issue. Gift Vouchers are transferable and have a cash redemption value of 0.001p.
We use a session cookie (which has already been set) to track the goods that are added to your shopping basket, this cookie is essential so that the website can "remember" what products are in your shopping cart as you move from page to page. Session cookies expire once you have left this website, parts of the site will not work if this cookie is not permitted. If you do not wish to allow the use of this cookie you may leave this website and the cookie will expire / be removed.
Maisemore Apiaries Ltd accepts no responsibility for any losses, claims, damages, costs, charges, expenses, liabilities, demands, proceedings and actions which persons using this website may sustain or incur or which may be brought or established against it by any person and any case which arises out or in relation to or by reason of their use of this website.
